All sales made at Milena & Milenka are subject to the conditions of price, payment, shipping and returns displayed on this website.

When you place an order at our web, you are accepting these conditions.

Orders will be managed and sent only after receiving confirmation of payment thereof.

Prices are valid as long as they are published and reflected in the order confirmation. All prices are subject to change.


Milena & Milenka respects the privacy of our customers. The information requested on this website is only used to complete the purchase and shipping of our products, and also to send you information about new products or promotions, with the consent of the user.

Personal data collected during the purchase process, are introduced into a database under the use´s consent.

The bank details are not stored on our website, but go directly to the secure payment platform of the bank concerned.

Under current legislation, you are entitled to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your data at any time.

Credit / debit cards

Payment transactions with credit / debit cards are made through a secure payment gateway: Przelewy24, ING Bank Śląski, headquarter in Katowice (Poland) and La Caixa and all major cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

At the time of making payment, you access directly to the payment gateway of the entity, the requested data is transferred directly. Neither we nor anyone else have access to this platform, so it is 100% secure. This payment system has no commission to the client.


When making payment, Paypal charges on the card or Paypal account the amount specified and send us instant confirmation of payment.

This service has no commission to the client.

By bank transfer

If you choose this method of payment, before confirming the order, our system will supply you the necessary bank details to proceed with the transfer.

At the same time, during the order confirmation, our system will provide you a reference number for your order to be indicated in the wire transfer document.

We kindly ask you to select the option of sending us directly an email with the payment confirmation when doing your bank transfer, so that we can speed up the process and send you the purchased products immediately.

Please check the conditions of your back fee for this service.


We are currently shipping throughout Europe, please check the info given before you confirm the order to choose the option that suits you better, in terms of shipping cost and delivery times, as they vary from one country to other.

Before you confirm your purchase our system will show the shipping cost before confirming the order.

Shipments to Europe (EU)

Within EU:

Usual delivery time for Europe (EU countries) is 4 to 7 working days (except special periods that would be informed at our web and media), depending on country of destination.

Delivery cost within UE is 15€  on express courier (company depending on destination) with timings as above.


Milena & Milenka always tries to guarantee that all products delivered to our customers have been 100% checked one by one in order to totally satisfy the quality expectations of our customers, so you can be sure that your product has been carefully checked by us before being delivered to you and that it is free from any fabric or workmanship defect.

If despite our care you get an item with a quality defect, please inform us within 7 days of reception and we will exchange it for other in prefect conditions.

We have also tried to be as realistic as possible with colours and prints of our products on the web, but please understand that the colour of garment can slightly change from what is shown on the web, as cotton fabric colours cannot be 100% matched on a screen.

If still you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any reason you can return it within 7 working days from receipt of order by contacting us. (Art.44 Law 7/1996 of 15 January of Retail Management amended by Law 47/2002 of 10 December).

Before you return, you must contact us by sending an email to or through the “Contact” on our website, explaining the reason for return.

To Make a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason besides defect (size, fit, colour…etc), we will be pleased to change it for other that suits you better; other colour, size or style, but you will be responsible for product return shipping charges.

To accept exchanges or returns, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, retaining the original labels.

Any item that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Please inform us within 7 days of reception..

If your order is wrong

If your order have been shipped wrongly, contains a different style, colour or size from purchased, we will replace it with no extra cost for you on returning and new delivery. Please contact us and explain us the difference from ordered and received by you.
